Avoid long waits.
There are several ways for you to confirm that the cargo you are coming to pick up is available before you arrive:
Check GCT Deltaport cargo availability online
Check GCT Vanterm cargo availability online
Contact Operations Support
Take advantage of our night gate hours.
If you can, plan to arrive during our night gate hours. These later hours provide the same level of service as our peak daytime hours, but with less congestion and decreased wait times.
Check fees and charges in advance.
If the container to be delivered has associated fees/charges, guaranteeing those charges prior to arrival will help expedite your departure.
Follow all rules and regulations.
While on the terminal premises, please follow all posted signs, speed limits, directions, and instructions. This will ensure your safety as well as the safety of other truckers and employees.
